How it works - Custom Portrait Painting Wholesale

Step 1. Send us your photo

Please send us your photo and let us know size and style you prefer. It is best you send us high quality photos with clear details. We can create better painting from photo according upon clear photos. If there is any problem with your photos, we will contact you right away. If your files are too huge to send by email, please upload to our FTP server. Our email is sales@portraitpaintingcn.com .

Step 2. Pay 50% deposit

After receiving your deposit, we will confirm it with you asp. You can pay by paypal, credit card, western union, bank transfer, moneybookers, moneygram, BTS and so on. We guarantee that any money transfer made at our site will be absolutely secure and protected.

Step 3. We start to paint your photo

We will ask the most suitable artist to paint your order. We have lots of artists who specialize in different styles and subjects including portrait oil painting, scenery oil painting, animal portrait painting, building painting, charcoal sketch drawing, pastel portrait, watercolour portrait painting, watercolour landscape and etc.

Step 4. We evaluate the finished painting, and email it to you for quality confirmation

We have dedicated quality control team who inspect the painting and communicate with the artist. If the artwork does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back for modification or sent to a different artist for re-creation. When we consider the quality is acceptable, we will send a quick photo of finished painting for your confirmation.

Step 5. You can request for modifications if necessary after reviewing

Most of our customers approve the custom oil painting once receiving the first preview email. However, please do not hesitate to email us any modification request if there is any reason that you are not satisfied with your artwork. We will amend painting as your instructions till you are 100% happy with it.

Step 6. You confirm painting and pay the balance

When you confirm your painting, you will be asked to pay the balance of payment before shipping.

Step 7. We delivery finished painting to you

Your custom oil painting will be shipped with a well protected package. to the address you have supplied. We ship by express company such as TNT, UPS, DHL, EMS and etc.
